The website works well, and Don is so helpful. It is obvious that customer service is a high priority for him. With Lotus parts being harder to get here in the U.S. compared to the U.K., Don makes the brand more viable for for those of us in the U.S. who took that first test drive and could not help but buy a Lotus. He provides a valuable service in a helpful and professional way. I have never met Don and I have spoken to him only once by phone. I think that he may have been engineered by Lotus....he has great "order" handling characteristics, and he shows many larger brands that all round performance is what really matters! I will definitely be a repeat customer for any parts my Evora S may need.
